Wood’s pure maple syrup is aged in bourbon barrels from the neighbouring Tuthilltown Distillery for 4 to 6 months. During this time, the syrup soaks in the flavour of the barrel, char, and left over bourbon. This was Wood’s first specialty syrup and we’re excited to share it with you! Bourbon flavour is very strong but, it is kid friendly! 🙂
If you prefer a lighter Bourbon Flavour we recommend Runamok’s Bourbon Barrel-aged.
