A limited release of our best maple syrup aged in Caledonia Spirit’s Tom Cat Gin barrels.  The maple syrup draws the essence of the spirit, absorbing notes of juniper and rosemary without any alcohol.

An excellent choice for pancakes, waffles or ice cream.  Very limited supply.

Ingredients: Pure organic maple syrup aged in Tom Cat Gin barrels.
