Mill Hollow Maple Cream
Maple Cream has the consistency of peanut butter. Despite its name Maple Cream is only contains pure Maple Syrup, no dairy or cream is added to this delicious spread.
Through a further reduction of maple syrup at a critical temperature of 235F (112.8C), then rapid cooling to room temperature, then stirring until the perfect consistency, Maple Cream is created.
