Ingredients

  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg, then add milk, maple syrup and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing just until smooth (a few lumps are fine).
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Pour in batter to form small pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, flip, and cook until golden.
  6. Serve warm with extra maple syrup of your choosing!
