Ingredients
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, then add milk, maple syrup and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing just until smooth (a few lumps are fine).
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Pour in batter to form small pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, flip, and cook until golden.
- Serve warm with extra maple syrup of your choosing!
