We source all of our maple products directly from single-source/origin producers in Vermont & New York, USA. All products in our store are hand crafted at the producer’s farm/’sugar house’ from their ‘Sugar Bushes’.
Runamok Maple is located in northern Vermont, along the western slopes of Mount Mansfield. Spanning 1,100 acres in Cambridge and 250 acres in Fairfield, the Runamok crew taps 81,000 trees to bring you one of Mother Nature’s most exquisite pleasures: pure maple syrup.
Along with their pure maple syrup, they have created a collection of infused, smoked and barrel-aged maple syrups. Maple marries exceptionally well with a variety of flavors. Some of them are tried and true like cinnamon and vanilla and some are unexpectedly out of this world, like their original Makrut lime-leaf.

The Wood family has owned their land in Randolph, Vermont for five generations – now working on the sixth.
The first generations were farmers, and like many other Vermonters in those days, they grew and processed all of their own food from the land they lived on. As years have past, they have gone from tapping 800 trees to more than 5200 trees this past year. Up until 2009, a good year would’ve produced 75 gallons of syrup. They are now making more than 1700 gallons of syrup in a year.
Sugar Bob’s Finest Kind
Sugar Bob’s, is a small, “family and friends” maple sugaring operation making their own maple syrup with love, care and dedication. Somewhere along the line they discovered the magic of infusing smoke into our finished syrup, and their kitchen hasn’t been the same since.
They gently infuse their richest and darkest pure maple syrup with hardwood smoke to create this magical and all natural addition to any cuisine. Sugar Bob’s Finest Kind is made from real maple syrup and real hardwood smoke – nothing else added.
Bobo’s Mountain Sugar
At Bobo’s Mountain they boil down the springtime sap from 2500 maple trees living on the hillside in Weston, Vermont.
Bobo’s Mountain Sugar is a wood-fired operation, and they use wood sourced either from their own land or from their neighbours to ensure the fuel is local. It takes a lively mix of science and magic to make maple syrup, and they wait for those perfect early spring days where night-time temperatures are below freezing and day-time temperatures are above freezing. Then, as the sap is running, they collect it, light up a fire, and boil it down to syrup.
When the syrup comes off the pans and you have your first taste of Bobo’s Mountain… Perfection!
Vermont Maple Sriracha
Vermont Maple Sriracha is a collaboration between Big Lenny and Jackson.
A long time fan of sriracha sauce, Jackson was bummed when the sulfite preservatives in his favorite sauce started making him sick. Realizing that most of the ingredients could be sourced locally, and that Vermont maple syrup could be added he asked expert sauce chef Big Lenny to make him some. The results were outrageous and so Vermont Maple Sriracha was born!
Since then they continuously expand on their original offering (like Vermont Maple Sriracha Verde), a slightly hotter version made with Jalapenos. If you love spicy sauces, you will absolutely love Vermont Maple Sriracha products; It makes everything taste better!!
New Day Farm
Katya & John Redpath bought this beautiful old farm because they fell in love with it and wanted to preserve it’s beauty and integrity. They named it “New Day Farm” both because of their vision and in honor of the Day family who cared for it for several generations.
New Day Farm produced 850 gallons on their first year thanks to plenty of help from our friends. Their maple syrup is Certified Organic, Wild Harvest, and Biodynamic (Demeter Certified) thereby holding New Day Farm accountable to the clean, pure, and natural practices we are passionate about. They don’t over-tap our trees, ensuring that they remain healthy for generations.
This is truly a special place which makes for an amazing maple syrup!
